This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for June 02, 2008:
My partner, Jerry, makes me feel unconditionally accepted daily.
However I do have one special time to share here.
For 25 years I was friendly with a group of psychic healers & hand readers
based out of San Francisco called
The Church of The Gentle Brothers & SIsters.
For years, every full moon in August, we would meet on Mt. Shasta.
In 2000 we had a reunion there which I helped to organize.
An ordination ceremony was going to happen, and I was asked if I wanted to
be formally ordained into the church.
I said I didn't feel a need for it & thought that was the end of it.
Until the ceremony.
I was surprised to find that the ministers decided to ordain me.
This unexpected welcoming into an amazing group of people,
made me feel unconditionally accepted.
postceremony
I had made a panel for The Names Project AIDS Memorial Quilt for one of the brothers in
the group. This photo shows all of us showing the panel, after we had all signed it in rememberance of Jordan Day Spring.

You lead a rich, love-filled and adventurous life. I wonder who could play you in a movie version of your life so far. Natalie Portman can play you perhaps in your younger days and Susan Sarandon for the present moments of your life.
HA! HA!
Natalie Portman!
Wasn't she married to Anakin Skywalker who later became Darth Vader?! ;-P
and I won't settle for anyone other then Sophia Loren to be the adult me!
